Tushar View | Beaver, Utah

Classic Style, Mountain Views

Tushar View is a custom home designed to showcase clean lines, timeless materials, and functional living. Its light stone exterior pairs with striking black accents for a modern yet classic style that feels right at home in Southern Utah. A welcoming covered entry leads into bright interiors filled with natural light and open spaces.


The thoughtful design balances comfort and practicality. Black metal awnings highlight the windows and garage, while the tall gables and simple rooflines give the home a grounded elegance. Inside, the layout was planned for everyday living—spaces that flow easily while still feeling personal and cozy.


Named for its views of the nearby Tushar Mountains, this home captures both the spirit of the landscape and the lifestyle of its owners. It reflects Agenda Design+Build’s commitment to creating homes that not only look beautiful but also stand strong and feel like home from the very first step inside.
