Design and Planning

Once the vision is set, I bring in architects and engineers to detail every line. You’ll review digital renderings that show how walls, windows, and rooflines work together under our wide Utah skies. I guide you through selecting finishes—flooring, fixtures, and exterior colors—that complement the landscape. At each step, your feedback sharpens the design. By the time we’re done, you hold a complete set of plans ready for the build phase, with no surprises or guesswork.
