At Agenda Design+Build, I craft custom homes in the heart of Southern Utah. For over twenty years, I’ve helped families turn ideas into spaces that reflect their lives. Based in Milford and serving Beaver, Minersville, and beyond, I guide each project with personal care. My goal is to make building clear, simple, and rewarding. You share your vision. I bring design and construction expertise to plans that suit our desert climate and your style. From securing permits to the final walkthrough, I focus on open communication and quality results so you can enjoy your home for years.

My Journey

In 1994 I started as a laborer, and I climbed every ladder on the jobsite.

After earning a degree in construction management from Utah Valley University in 2010, I worked as an architectural designer for various engineering and contracting firms. In 2006, I launched Agenda Design+Build to unite design and build under one roof. Over the years, I’ve overseen more than 250 custom homes and contributed to projects ranging from mountain lodges to civic buildings. My hands-on background guides every phase of your build.

I live and work in Milford, I know Southern Utah’s unique setting. Our desert heat, winter snows, and seasonal winds shape how a home must perform. I serve Milford, Minersville, Beaver—and I’m ready to expand to Cedar City and St. George. When you build with me, you build with a neighbor.
